Like I said before, who needs TV when you have Cary & DDD? Life on the farm is far from perfect (or easy), but rarely does a day go by that I don't do a lot of laughing (and staring in disbelief with my mouth hanging open). You just can't put a price on that.

If he can go over on his withers like that, he's worth his weight in gold. What a cutie ;)
Gosh, he's sooo cute!! I would get nothing done all day for watching what he and Cary would be up to next.
These pics are now on my "things that cheer me up" list. Not that I was down, but I'll keep them in mind for when I'm grumpy. Dan is so awesome.

My horses used to do that - that was their way of both keeping the flies from biting so deep with a nice layer of dirt, and to scratch that itch that they couldn't quiiiiite reach. Another thing I saw them do is use tree bark to rub against to scratch with, something my own Grandpa was known to do...!
